THE PROCESS of finding an apartment, house or commercial space to RENT
1 STEP INTERVIEW
During the interview, we will figure out what kind of a home you want us to find for you. What do you need? What do you like? How much can you spend? Also, we will inform you about our services and what to expect each step of the way.
2 STEP VIEWINGS
The search may begin! We will make an initial selection according to your preferences. We will make sure you mostly work with one GREBUL broker who really knows your personal search profile and we can join you for the viewings.
3 STEP NEGOTIATIONS
GREBUL will lead the negotiations on your behalf to get you the best RENT possible. Negotiations can cover the rent, the start date and lease term, and perhaps even home improvements.
4 STEP THE LEASE
The rental agent will draw up the rental agreement. GREBUL will check the lease against the agreements made during the negotiations and all legal requirements.
AGENCY FEE is 75% of the rent sum with a – …………………………minimum. BTW (VAT) is not included in this fee.
